MICHAEL F. GRECO, CLU
Michael F. Greco has more than thirty years of experience in the fields of financial, retirement and estate planning, and is the Managing Partner and CEO of Greco & O’Neal Wealth Strategies. His career has progressed steadily through an array of increasingly responsible positions into senior management with a major insurance company prior to the formation of Greco & O’Neal Wealth Strategies. Michael has earned a reputation as an expert in premium financed strategies, qualified retirement plans, 412(e)3 plans, individual annuities and estate planning.
Specializing in the intricacies of retirement plan options, the major thrust of Michael’s work is to assist individuals and corporations in pension fund accrual while minimizing taxation consequences. Through program modeling strategies, best-choice options are demonstrated relative to state, federal, transfer and estate tax issues.
Michael’s credentials include his designation as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) as well as Series 7 & 63 licenses, and Life and Health Insurance licenses. As a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Financial Planning Association of Long Island (in which he is also a former Board member) and MDRT Top of the Table, Michael is committed to professional growth and excellence.
A native New Yorker, Michael received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University. He is actively involved in community work and participates in planned giving programs. His knowledge base regarding tax and IRS issues pertaining to these options is extensive. He is a regularly requested speaker to industry groups such as AALU, FPA, MDRT, as well as numerous insurance companies, financial institutions and professional organizations across the United States.
AMANDA W. O’NEAL
Amanda W. O’Neal is a seasoned industry veteran with extensive experience. She is a Partner in Greco & O’Neal Wealth Strategies, is the Director of Premium Finance, and leads the firm’s new business and client service teams. Amanda is widely regarded as an expert in facilitating the complex intricacies of premium financed policies. She succeeds with such an effortless manner that others might think her job is easy – until they learn just how many client cases she works on concurrently. Amanda is in regular contact with representatives from major insurance carriers and financial institutions nationwide and takes pride in offering the very best strategies and options to her clients.
Amanda was raised in South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Wofford College and earned additional graduate credits from Michigan State University in the Ph.D. program in Inorganic Chemistry. She then transitioned her focus from chemistry to finance and relocated to the NY metro area. Amanda started her thriving career 25 years ago at Ameriprise Financial, where she grew a successful practice from the ground up. She regularly participates in charitable work throughout her community and has served as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations.
JAMES E. MEYER
James E. Meyer has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. Most of his expertise is in the marketing and relationship building arena. Jim is regarded as a leader in the not-for-profit sector because of both his general skills dealing with non-profits and fundraising, and his specific area of knowledge, Planned Giving.
Jim is the President of the Long Island Affiliate of the Association of Charitable Gift Planners, The Charitable Estate Planning Council of Long Island (CEPC, LI).
Jim was both a former faculty member and Director of Alumni Relations and Development of Queens College of The City University of New York (CUNY). He periodically teaches on the Faculty for Continuing Studies at Hofstra University, Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus and Molloy College. Jim is a regularly requested speaker of the CEPC, LI, the AFP, LI and the FPA, LI and presents many continuing education programs for Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents, Insurance Agents, Certified Financial Planners and Attorneys. He also gives numerous presentations on Planned Giving to the Boards and/or financial committees of the charities and universities of Long Island as well as national meetings of 501(c)3 organizations. Jim teaches the planned giving course for AFP, LI.
A native New Yorker, Jim received his bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York, College at Brockport and holds master’s degrees from both Columbia University and Hunter College of CUNY. He is a board member of the NY Community Trust – Long Island office, as well as several other non-profit boards, and also serves on councils of the American Heart Association and Northwell Health.
Michael Greco Jr.
Michael Greco Jr. attended Florida Southern College, where he played college lacrosse and studied Recreational Turf Grass Management. During his time at Florida Southern, Mike served as the captain of the men’s lacrosse team during his senior year. He not only honed his athletic skills but also learned valuable leadership lessons that he now applies to both his personal and professional life.
After graduating, Mike returned to New York to pursue a career in golf course management. However, after several years in the field, he realized that turf management wasn’t his true calling. It was then that Mike made a pivotal decision: he moved back to Florida to embark on a career in finance. For the past three years, Mike has been with Greco & O’Neal Wealth Strategies, specializing in premium finance life insurance. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his clients contribute not only to his own success but also to the long-term success of those he serves.
Alexander Greco
Alexander Greco hails from Long Island, NY, and is a proud graduate of the University of Tampa. During his time at the university, Alex was an active member of the campus community, contributing significantly to various student organizations and initiatives. His leadership skills shone brightly as he served as the president of the University of Tampa club wrestling team, guiding the team to numerous victories, including earning second place at Nationals for Division II schools, and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among teammates.
After earning his degree, Alex embarked on a professional journey in Tampa, FL, where he began his career brokering electronic components for a local distributor. His keen business acumen and dedication to excellence quickly set him apart in the industry, supporting OEMs and CMs in solving complex problems within their supply chains.
Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Alex transitioned to the financial services sector in South Florida. Here, he has continued to excel, leveraging his diverse skill set and experience to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
In his free time, Alex enjoys staying active, playing golf, exploring new places, and traveling.

Samantha Clark
Samantha Clark is a Managing Partner at the Center for Wealth Preservation (CWP) and has been with the firm since October 2019. Samantha’s responsibilities include training and mentoring a sales team of new and experienced Advisors, as well as building their Management and Leadership team.
Prior to joining CWP, Samantha was the Vice President and Senior Managing Director at Guardian Life Insurance Company. During her tenure there, she developed the Buffalo agency’s interview and selection process, training curriculum, and Leadership Academy. Samantha also held various leadership positions with Guardian, including The Women’s Leadership Advisory Board and Field Advisory Council.
Samantha was the founder and past President of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), is a member of GAMA’s Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, GAMA International, and currently a Founding Member of FINSECA.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Choreography from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has earned the Chartered Leadership Fellow® certification from the American College and is also a Certified Long-Term Care Specialist (CLTC) designee.
An active volunteer, Samantha has been involved with Child and Family Services and developed an Economic Empowerment Program aimed at increasing the economic self-sufficiency of victims of domestic violence. She actively gives empowerment messages to Women’s Bereavement groups on Long Island and is an Executive Team Leader for the American Heart Association. Samantha is also the Chairperson for the Long Island Heart Challenge for the second year in a row.
Outside the office, Samantha enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Adam, and their three children.
